STRUCTURE & MANPOWER: The General body of the organization is the apex committee to take all sort of decisions for the organization which seats at least once in a year, Whereas Managing committee which is formed by the general body to see the day to day activities of the organization. Apart from that there is the project structure to look after the different projects headed by the coordinators. Centrally there is the Administration wing to control the accounts and project activities. So the process of the organization is completely decentralized in nature.
