SHG Promotion & Linkages: To organize the rural women and enhance their leadership making their productive potentialities to be best utilized, SIMA has taken the step to organize them by the way of Self help Group formation, providing training for their capacity building and involve them through the income generation activities. Of Course we have not yet achieved the target level which is under progress. By this time, 25 SHGs have been formed and there is planning to cover another 25 SHGs this current year. Almost all groups are functioning very well. The organization is trying to enhance the leadership of the women and they will also be involved in the social transformation if they will be well trained.
