participation are the basic essence of
the developmental Prospectives for which
the role of the voluntary organizations
is very important. In context of the
developmental initiative, at present the
voluntary organizations have contributed
meaningfully to enhance the
participation of the people and working
as the catalyst change agent. In rural
India, it is observed that more than 70%
of the total population are living

human resources they poess are unutilised,underulised
and mis-utilised. On the development programmes
of the Govt is not properly reached to them. Though
connectively is the pivotal unit for the
process development, skill it is not well
envisaged due to individualistic living style
of the people. Of course, these are not well
visualized due to massive un awarness,on
organised in community level & ignorance for which
the role of VOs have been marked/felt very
crucial.
Keeping the
above concept, SIMA has been created by the
social inspiration of few likeminded youths to
work for the people those who desire our
involvement. The initiators of SIMA has been

or involvement. The initiators of SIMA had the
inclination to sensitize the people, make
them organized , enhance their participation and ensuring their capacity to manage the process
sustainable. Apart
from that the approach is also to reduce the social
dis-integration,economic exploitation and
reviving the cultural value. The available
resources are to be properly to be utlised for
developmental prospective. The basic thrust to
"Envisioned the organizational vision " and
"reaching the Un-Reached"
Finally, I
would like to inform to all that whatever the
achievement the organization has made, this is
due to the contribution of the members
,well-wishes and supporter. We can not also
ignore the moral support of our friends &
staffs. We except their long run support in
future. |
