ORGANISATIONAL GENESIS: In the year 2005-06, SIMA was incepted by some likeminded persons to have a common developmental platform. Initially, the ideology of the organization to render social services to the people and enhance their participation to make the developmental process in continuous manner. But gradually, the initiators transformed towards the process of Human Resource development along with the objective of self sufficiency. It takes more time to develop the organizational culture, ethics and ideologies and gathered potential manpower to inject the pro-people based activities. Keeping the above concept, the organization was registered under the societies Regd. Act 1860 within the period of three years form the date of its registration the positive ideology of the organization was spreaded, a number of youths joined, group of partners extended the support. So, again the need of IGR was felt needed for which the process of IGR registration has been started. By this time, the registration has been obtained under ITAct of 12A & 80G. The FCRA registration has also been applied to the Ministry of Home affairs, Govt of India to mobilize the foreign funds for the developmental prospects of the rural people. SIMA besides its Human Resource Development initiatives, much emphasis has also been taken for the process promotion & undertake activities for the sustainable development
