SIMA has its definite historical
background for its inception and existence. In
the organizational base much emphasis has been
given to provide the adequate training to upkeep
the management skill by which the self
supportive can be enhanced. The initiators could
feel the precarious situation of the youths
those who need the positive way to get the
direction to be self sustained in the
livelihood.
Background of the
organization SIMA is based on its beliefs and
ideologies. The history of the organization is
always influenced by its geographical existence,
living condition of the people and the cultural
heritage. The Angul District is one of the
culturally oriented dist where the people are
cultural believers. But due to emergence of
massive industries and urbanization, gradually
the cultural of the people is deteriorating and
the cultural value is almost all loosing its
shape.
In consideration to the
deteriorating cultural values and the problems
of the people in living, livelihood and
integrated life style, the initiators of this
organization felt to work with these people to
regain their lost peaceful life and make them
self reliant by injecting different
developmental actions. Gradually the conception
of the members was materialized by the way of
its registration and slowly be with the people
