Health Education & Service Health is the prime factor of the developmental process. It is that the basic human resources are not properly utilized due to then deteriorated health condition of the rural people. In our field, we have found that still the people are traditional believers and health facilities are very much lacking and far distance to them . The awareness level of the people is very low. So, SIMA has taken the awareness on the preventive aspects of the health hazardous. It has taken in 20 pvillages and gradually the response of the eople is developing and the mortality rate is reducing day by day. During the course of our health programme, we also distribute health related leaflet for their more information. Keeping the health situation, we are trying to provide the health services to the people through the process of regular health service.
